1. WEBSITE AND CASINO CONTENT

2. PLAYER OBLIGATION

2.6 Using electronic, mechanical, robotic or other devices to automatically make playing decisions is resolutely forbidden. If it is detected by VIP Club Casino that a player has violated this term, action may and will be taken including banning the player from future promotions and/or play, confiscating of net winnings, and the offering of such information to a casino industry database of "restricted players".

2.7 In the event of a casino system malfunction, all bets are void.

2.8 By playing any game at the casino, the player warrants that he is familiar with the rules of such game and acknowledges that the rules of each game are available through using the "help" facility at the casino.

3. ACCOUNTS & PASSWORDS

3.1 Only one real account per player is permitted. Multiple accounts will be closed. Players who register multiple accounts, including those with different details, will not be eligible to claim or receive any winnings, and any withdrawals will be canceled.

3.2 It is the responsibility of the player to keep confidential their account number and password. It is understood that having any third party involved in a player’s online casino account is a violation of this agreement. The player assumes full responsibility and agrees not to hold VIP Club Casino liable for any losses or damages resulting from the player’s failure to keep his account number and password confidential.

3.3 In providing their email address upon registration, the player agrees to receive occasional email correspondence at that address. If the player is no longer interested in receiving these emails, they may unsubscribe by emailing support.

3.4 By providing their postal address, the player agrees to receive occasional hard copy material from the casino. If the player is no longer interested in receiving mail, they may unsubscribe by emailing support.

3.5 We reserve the right to close your account for any reason whatsoever at any time without previous notice. Any balance in your account at the time of closure may be credited to you, however, we reserve the right to void any winnings and confiscate any balance if:

• There is evidence that you have more than one account active at the casino;
• The name in your casino account does not match the name on the credit card(s) used to purchase on your account;
• If you provide incorrect or misleading registration, account or identification information;

3.6 In the event that VIP Club Casino suspects of fraud or fraudulent activity on your part or if any of your payments are charged back, VIP Club Casino reserves the right to withhold any amount from your account which is in excess of your original deposit(s), and if deemed necessary by VIP Club Casino, to initiate any legal proceedings to collect any payments owed by you.

4. PRIZES & WINNINGS

4.1 The casino reserves the right to request documentation for the purpose of identity verification prior to granting any deposits with or withdrawals from the player’s casino account.

4.2 A fee may be charged to the player to cover payments made by bank wire or check.

4.3 A maximum withdrawal limit of 2,000.00 (USD, EUR, GBP) and 20,000 (RANDS) per 24 hour period and 4,000.00 (USD, EUR, GBP) and R40,000 (RANDS) per week will apply to all players.

4.4 Players winning a sizeable amount deemed to be worthy of publicity by the casino agree to make themselves available for any event arranged by VIP Club Casino in relation to that win. VIP Club Casino will at all times respect the player’s privacy in this event.

4.5 The casino reserves the right to use your first name and first initial of your surname (e.g. John S.) in any casino announcement regarding winning results.

4.6 Prior to any withdrawal, the customer’s game play will be reviewed for any irregular betting patterns in the interest of fair gaming. Betting behavior such as, but not limited to, low margin bets, hedge betting, even money bets, in order to meet bonus wagering requirements will be considered as irregular betting, where the casino reserves the right to refuse the withdrawal and/or confiscate all winnings. Other examples of irregular game play include but are not limited to, placing single bets equal to or in excess of 30% or more of the value of the bonus credited to their account until the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met

4.7 All winnings will be void if a player account is linked to other accounts where chargebacks have been placed.

5.3 If you have any dispute regarding the outcome of a game you must submit your complaint to us in writing within 14 days. We shall not be liable to you or any third party in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, for any loss or damage whatsoever arising from or in any way connected with your, or any third party's, use of the software or the service, whether direct or indirect, including, without limitation, damage for loss of business, loss of profits (including loss of or failure to receive anticipated winnings), business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary or consequential loss (even where we have been notified by you of the possibility of such loss or damage).

PROMOTIONAL RULES VIP CLUB CASINO:

Improper use of the bonus or free chips may result in forfeiture of any or all winnings.

Promotional Bonus Money Rules:

Each promotional offer is available only once per person, family, household address, email address, credit card number, and environments where computers are shared (university, fraternity, school, public library, workplace, etc).

Players must claim and receive their bonus before they start playing with their initial deposit. Requests for the bonus once players have started wagering their initial deposit will be refused.

Bonuses will be credited to the Player's Real Account as Casino Credits only, unless otherwise stated.
Bonuses may be refused at the discretion of the management if abuse of promotions is suspected. All withdrawals will be audited and refused where there is suspected fraud or at the casino management's discretion.

Bonuses up to 50% will be considered cash able and part of a players withdrawal balance. Example player deposits $100 and receives 50% bonus ($50) total $150 makes their wagering requirements, and has a balance of $500 to withdrawal. The entire $500 will be approved for withdrawal.

All bonuses in excess of 51% are considered non cash able bonuses, and upon withdrawal will be removed from your account. As an example, player deposits $100 and gets a 200% bonus $300 total balance for wagering purposes. Player completes wagering requirements and has a balance of $500, and makes a withdrawal. Player will receive $300. Their $500 balance less the promotional bonus $200.

To qualify for withdrawal or payment, a player must wager the deposit plus bonus received, by the number of play through requirements attached to the bonus used. Alternately, if the player has not used any bonus coupon, they may request a payment at anytime. If you play on any bonus that you are not entitled to, accounting may void the bonus and/or your win.

Play through is based on the amount of your deposit plus bonus. In the case that the customer plays different games during one deposit with bonus, the game played requiring the highest play through will be the game used to calculate the entire play through requirements.

If in your previous 3 deposits the player has taken a bonus, and on this particular deposit does not claim a bonus, but attempts to withdrawal, than there deposit will be treated as if there was a bonus and all play-through requirements must be met before cashing out.

If the player has made deposits with bonuses , but has now decided to play with out a bonus, the player must get written permission before depositing.

If a Player uses a bonus designated only for certain game(s) and play other game(s), then management has the right to void the bonus and winnings. Only one promotion may be applied at a time to any player and promotions cannot be combined, unless otherwise stated. The player must request a bonus prior to playing their deposit. If a player requests a bonus after playing on their deposit, they will only be entitled to either a deposit back bonus or a free chip. The player understands that they must request their free chip and/or deposit back bonus associated with a previous deposit immediately before making another deposit or redeeming another coupon or forfeit their free chip and/or deposit back bonus. Only one deposit  back is allowed in between deposits, unless previously approved by management.

The Rules for the Free Money/Chip:

A player is only entitled to take one free chip at a time from VIP CLUB CASINO. You must have made a deposit between using any 2 free chips.

Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus or free chip may be used per deposit.. Likewise, the Player may redeem one bonus per deposit unless explicitly advertised in the promotion. Promotions cannot be combined.

The maximum cash out/ withdrawal amount on a free chip is equal to 3 times the amount of the chip. All wagering requirements will be calculated on the amount of the original free chip. After withdrawal any excess money will be removed from players account.

Each free chip promo offered may have different restrictions depending on the promotion sent by the casino and/or its affiliates. Please read the restriction on the free chip before using it. Improper use of the free chip may result in forfeiture of winnings.

The casino will not be held liable for any claim off of a free chip when the player receives the free chip coupon off of any site not owned and operated by VIP Club Casino  in the event that the source does not post all free chip rules or promotes rules in contrary to the Casino’s established web site rules.

Free chips cannot be used to play the progressive jackpot games; usage of the free chip in progressive games would nullify all winnings and transactions.
Management reserves the right to void or cancel a free chip at any time without prior notice.

Management reserves the right to lock or close any individual account or group of accounts abusing the free chip promotions offered by the casino.

If a player makes a deposit at the same time as they redeem a free chip, the free chip will be considered as a bonus and all standard bonus rules apply.

If a player makes a deposit while they have an outstanding balance from a free chip, the winnings made from the free chip will be voided and the deposit amount will be returned.

If a player wishes to reverse the winnings from a Free Chip to a Cash deposit the player can take No Bonus and maximum payout is 10 (ten) times the amount of the chip.

Deposit Back Bonus Rules:

Some promotional bonuses have a "Deposit BACK" or insurance option. To qualify for a deposit  back bonus, a player must not have any balance or pending requests for payment in their account.

In order to receive deposit back bonus, the player must have redeemed the corresponding bonus or requested a custom tailored bonus coming with a cash back prior to making the deposit. Such custom tailored agreement must be confirmed by email.

The Player understands that the deposit back portion is not automatically credited as the deposit match coupon bonuses are. Once a player has a deposit back coming, they must contact support to have it manually credited to their account.

In the event a particular promotion has a deposit back bonus associated with it, players must request the deposit back bonus, once their balance reaches zero without cashing out and before making a new deposit and taking a bonus. Deposit back Bonuses cannot be accumulated, unless approved by management in writing , before player makes second deposit.

The purpose of a deposit back bonus is to give players the opportunity to win their deposit back. Unless otherwise stated, the maximum amount a player may cash out off of a cash back bonus is their original deposit.

Deposit  back bonuses are treated like any other deposit bonus; as an additional bonus added, if the original deposit and bonus is lost. The bonus rules will be applied on Deposit back bonus amount only. If player deposits $100 and gets 200% bonus and 25% deposit back, and the player looses his deposit and bonus(zero balance), he may than contact support and be given $25 deposit back bonus. Only the $25 will be considered for wagering purposes.

Excluded Bets:

Play-through requirements do not include the following  bets: ANY game or bet that would be considered an even money risk bet. Examples of this would be, betting red and black on roulette, pass  and no pass at craps, player and bank at baccarat, etc. etc. If you play any non allowed game or bet with any of our promotions, unless otherwise stated, winnings will be void.  Please contact the casino manager for more information.

REDEPOSITS:

The player understands that they have the ability to request a payout and cancel the withdrawal and place it back into their account balance. Such "reversals" are not considered a ‘redeposit’ and will not be eligible for an additional bonus.  A ‘redeposit’ will only be able to receive a matching bonus when management approves the payout and re-deposits it into the player’s account with the player’s written consent.

Pre-Withdrawal requirements:

The Player must send in a recent utility bill and government issued picture ID matching the name and address marked in their account information in order to be eligible to cash out .At this time the only accepted Id's are Drivers License, Active Military, and Passport. If the win was derived from a deposit using a credit card, VIP Club Casino will need the following documentation:

A government issued Id.

Pending Withdrawal:

Account Review:

The Casino reserves the right to review transaction records and logs, from time to time, for any reason whatsoever.
